Job Description
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the information desk professionally and courteously.
Provide information about the bank's products and services, such as accounts, loans, digital banking, and credit cards.
Direct customers to the appropriate service areas or personnel.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve minor issues or escalate them to the relevant department.
Maintain an organized and updated knowledge base of the bank’s offerings, policies, and procedures.
Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Science or related fields
Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 0 years
additional requirements include:
CGPA 3.5 and above
Pass in National Exit Exam
Year of Graduation: 2024 and 2025
Age not more than 25
No: 20
Place of Work: Head Office
