BA Degree or High School Diploma in Supply Chain Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Overseeing the reception, proper storage, and timely dispatch of merchandise or materials - Regularly monitor inventory, replenish stock as needed, and ensure goods are conserved correctly - Keep accurate and up-to-date data on all products received and issued, often using inventory management software - Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with records

Educational background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Age limit -Under 32

MA or BA Degree in Procurement, Purchasing, Supplies Chain Management, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3/5 years in Division Manager position, in procurement and related areas.

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Purchasing and Supplies Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years’ experience in Procurement activities.  Duties and Responsibilities: - Work directly with local vendors and service providers to obtain quotations and/or initiate procurements of requested commodities and services in full compliance with all Donors and PUI policies and procedures.  - Ensure that all procurement staff utilize and maintain the integrity of the project’s procurement and inventory tracking systems, database and other systems and procedures as required, in coordination with other staff. Provide procurement status reports and inventory summaries as requested by project staff 

MA or BA Degree in Accounting, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
