Job Description
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Planning and implementing BTL marketing strategy
Collect visibility orders from the market, process the production, follow-up delivery and execution
Planning & managing ground activation & promotions
Lead the execution of projects and ensured the implementation and on time delivery
Budget planning and reporting evaluations
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of BTL campaigns to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign performance and improving future BTL initiatives.
8.Perform Other related duties assigned by the manager
Job Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines result oriented, pressure resistant, positive thinking, strong sense of execution,
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or business field with 0 to 2 years’ experience in Marketing management roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of Marketing Strategy and practices.
