Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operating coffee processing equipment according to established protocols and schedules.

• Ensuring the quality of coffee beans by performing regular checks and adjusting machine settings as necessary.

• Monitoring the roasting and grinding process to ensure consistency and quality.

• Performing regular cleaning, maintenance and minor repairs on coffee processing machinery to ensure optimal operation.

• Documenting and reporting any machine malfunctions or breakdowns to supervisors.

• Maintaining inventory of raw materials and supplies needed for coffee processing.

• Adhering to all safety standards and protocols while operating machinery.

• Training new staff in the operation and safety procedures of coffee processing machinery.

• Keeping accurate records of each batch of coffee processed, including bean variety, roast level, and any notable characteristics.

Job Requirements

• TEVET graduate and related fields

• 4 years' experience
