Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plans, organizes, schedules and coordinates the short term and strategic plan development of the corporate office and the business units. 

• Consolidates annual Plan and budget of the company in conjunction with concerned work units and factories/ business units.

• Leads the development of business performance management tools and measurement systems to facilitate and support corporate performance improvement. 

• Provides advice to the factories/ departments/ business units branches regarding the performance management and measurement framework, and facilitates the development and implementation of Key Performance Indicators and performance measurement systems at the corporate level.

• Coordinates and undertakes monitoring and evaluation activities.

• Gathers, consolidates and reports feed backs obtained from the monitoring and evaluation interventions on the operation of the company.

• Designs systems, procedures and tools for timely capturing of performance data from departments, business units, factories branch office and other work units of the company.

• Identifies industry indicators that would serve to measure the periodical plan achievement and impact of the program as whole on the company.

• Prepares periodic reports about the accomplishment of the targets of the planning period. 

• Prepares progress and status reports based on the requirements of decision makers.

• Reviews the budget utilization periodically and advice the management groups if any deviation occurs in the process.

• Keeps the information crucial to the existence and normal functioning of the company and the decision of management confidential. 

• Performs other similar activities as may be assigned by the department director.

Job Requirements

• BA Degree in  Economics, Management and other related fields

• 6 Years relevant experience
