The Midwife provides skilled, evidence-based care and support to women during pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. The role includes monitoring maternal and fetal health, assisting deliveries, promoting safe motherhood practices, and educating women and families on reproductive health, breastfeeding, and newborn care, following medical guidelines and hospital policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine prenatal check-ups to monitor maternal and fetal health.

• Monitor labor progress, assess fetal well-being, and manage normal deliveries.

• Assist women in coping with labor pains and promote natural birthing methods where appropriate.

• Provide postpartum care and monitoring for mothers and newborns.

• Educate mothers on breastfeeding, newborn hygiene, and maternal recovery.

• Maintain accurate and detailed maternity records and birth reports.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Midwifery or in a related field of study

• Expereince: 1-3 years & above work experience
