Job Description
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Functional Consultant to join our ERP team, with a focus on finance module implementations. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, configuring ERP systems (preferably Odoo), providing end-user training, and ensuring successful system integration and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client business processes and recommend ERP-based improvements.
Configure ERP finance modules according to client requirements and best practices.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
Prepare functional specifications for system enhancements and integrations.
Work closely with technical teams for accurate and timely implementations.
Provide end-user training, support, and develop user documentation.
Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and troubleshoot functional issues.
Stay up to date on ERP (Odoo) updates and industry trends.
Assist with data migration, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Support change management activities during ERP rollouts.
Job Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
3–6 years as a Finance/Functional Consultant in ERP implementations.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Odoo).
Experience in finance module configurations and project management.
Strong business process analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.'
Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering quality results.
Adaptable to fast-paced, changing client needs.
