Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Childcare Trainer to educate and mentor individuals preparing for careers in early childhood care and education. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training programs, assessing student performance, and ensuring that trainees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to work effectively in childcare settings.
Location: Megnagna, Siti Mall &Yerer(around Jackro)
Duties and Responsibilites:
Develop and conduct training programs for nannies, focusing on childcare, health, safety, and developmental milestones.
Provide guidance on best practices in child development, nutrition, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
Assess and evaluate trainees to ensure comprehension and skill acquisition.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify potential candidates for training.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or TVET Level 4 Diploma in Clinical Nursing, Midwifery or in a related field of study
Expereince: 1 - 3 years of previous experience in childcare training or education is preferred.
Strong communication and computer skills are mandatory.
