Addis Fitness is hiring a results-driven Gym Manager to oversee operations, staff, member experience, marketing and finances, The ideal candidate will ensure efficient daily operations while fostering a clean, safe and motivating gym environment

Job Title: Gym Manager

Reports To: Director Of Operations

Employment Type: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilites:

Operations: Manage gym functions, class schedules and equipment maintenance. Ensure hygiene and safety standards

Staff Management: Hire, train and supervise staff: schedule shifts, conduct evaluations

Customer Service: Handle member issues, drive sales and promote retention through excellent service

Finance: Oversee budgets, expenses and inventory. Report monthly financials

Marketing: Lead promotions, events and online engagement. Support growth strategies

Job Requirements:

Degree in Sports Management, Business or in a related field of study

Expereince in gym or wellness facility management experience

Strong leadership, sales and customer service skills

Proficiency in gym software and Excel

First Aid Certified (Preferred)

Customer-focused and results-oriented

Skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution
