We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and supporting daily store operations. Duties and Responsibilties:

• Understanding and explain product specification, features and benefits to the customers

• Prepare and submit tenders and sales proposals based on customer requirements

• Preparing technical requirements

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Provide product information and make recommendations based on customer needs.

• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or in a related field of study

• Expereince: 0 years of working experience

Required skills:

• Good communication skills

• Knowledge of computers and knowledge of preparing technical documents
