Are you a creative and customer-focused individual with a knack for building relationships and driving brand awareness? As our Marketing & Customer Relations Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing customer communications, ensuring outstanding service delivery, and fostering customer loyalty.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels (online, social media, print, etc.).

• Managing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently and professionally.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

• Conducting market research and analyzing trends.

• Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless customer experience.

• Developing and implementing customer loyalty programs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer relationship management.

• Familiarity in relevant software and tools.

• Fluency in Amharic and English is essential
