What we offer you

Zamzam Bank Internship Programme is the kick start of your career within the Bank industry. You will have the opportunity to develop your professional and personal skills over the course. In the Internship Programme you will take part in different trainings and you shall be paid stipend to cover transportation expenses. You will be permanent employee of the bank based on the availability of vacant posts and your average performance result.

Place of work: Addis Ababa

Duties and Responsibilties:

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Support the customer service team in resolving product or service issues

  • Help update and maintain customer records and databases

  • Learn and use customer service tools and CRM systems

  • Provide feedback and insights on customer trends and common concerns

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification:-

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing, Agricultural Economics, Marketing Management, Logistics & Supply chain Management, Management Information System and related fields.

  • 0 years of experience. 

  • GPA: above 2.5 and successful completion of the national exit exam

  • Year of Graduation: 2022 and later

  • Age: not more than 25 years

  • Able to commit to internship for minimum 3 to 6 months

  • Willingness to learn and ability to work in Addis Ababa branches of the bank with little supervision

  • Willingness to sign internship program agreement

  • Having certification of training related to customer service, business intelligence, etc is advantageous

Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
