Job Description

A Sales Agent's job involves engaging with customers to sell products or services, building relationships, and meeting sales targets.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strong communication skill: Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.

  • Oriented customer service, 

  • Time management skills are crucial.  it can be advantageous, particularly for complex products

  • Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing information about products or services.

  • Sales: Generating leads, making sales calls, and closing deals.

  • Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients.

  • Target Achievement: Meeting sales quotas and KPIs.

  • Product Knowledge: Understanding the company's products or services.

  • Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

  • Technology: Using CRM software and other technology tools. 

Job Requirements

Qualification and skill

  • Degree in marketing from recognized university
