Job Description
As the General Services Manager at Getas Real Estate, you will be the operational backbone of our property portfolio, ensuring seamless facility management, maintenance excellence, and service delivery across all assets. This role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to maintain high level of standards in building operations, vendor management, and tenant satisfaction.
Oversee daily facility & maintenance management operations of all properties (residential, commercial, and warehouses).
Ensure 99% uptime of critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators)
Implement preventive & predictive maintenance programs
Track maintenance costs and benchmark against industry standards to optimize spending
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in facility management, engineering or related fields
8+ years progressive leadership in premium property management
Proven track record managing general service activities preferably in real estate or mixed-use property management environment
