As the Contract Admin Team Leader at Getas Real Estate, you’ll be the guardian of our contractual agreements—ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and safeguarding the company’s interests. Your leadership will keep projects on track, vendors accountable, and stakeholders aligned; this is your opportunity to drive meaningful change in a highly dynamic industry with competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation, review, and execution of contracts

  • Lead a team of contract administrators /office engineers/, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to company policies.

  • Negotiate terms with vendors, contractors, and clients to optimize outcomes.

  • Resolve disputes and claims, working closely with legal and project teams.

  • Maintain a centralized contract database and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related fields

  • 5+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably in real estate or construction industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of construction project contracts and local regulatory requirements.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in contract management software is a plus.
