As the Senior Planning & Evaluation Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Getas Real Estate’s strategic direction. You’ll analyze performance metrics, optimize business processes, and provide high-level recommendations to the CEO and executive team. Develop and monitor KPIs to assess company performance.
Coordinate strategic planning initiatives and process improvement projects.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
Collaborate with departments to align goals with company vision.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies.
Requirements:
BA degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Civil Engineering or related field.
4+ years in corporate planning, data analysis, or project management.
Advanced expertise in data analysis and visualization, project management and productivity tools like (Excel, Power BI, SPSS, Assana or MS project).
Real estate or construction industry experience (preferred).
