Job Description

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs. 

Performance Monitoring and Coaching:

  • Track individual and team sales performance, provide constructive feedback, and offer coaching to improve skills and results. 

Sales Strategy Development and Implementation:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and tactics to drive sales growth. 

Customer Service:

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction, resolving customer issues and complaints promptly. 

Sales Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, preparing detailed sales reports. 

Training and Development:

  • Provide training to new sales representatives and ongoing development opportunities for existing team members. 

Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. 

Budget Management:

  • Manage sales budgets and forecast future sales performance.

Job Requirements

  • BA degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field

  • 3 years and above experience in Animal feed sales or Relevant experience 

  • Effective communication abilities are valuable.

  • Computer skills including ERP.

  • Excellent Negotiating Skills.

  • Strong verbal communication skills.

  •   Required number = 1
