BSc Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience\ Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure (on-premises and cloud), including servers, storage, network devices, firewalls, and endpoints. - Plan capacity upgrades, system replacements, and infrastructure improvements aligned with business growth and digital transformation goals. - Ensure systems meet high availability (HA), performance, and disaster recovery (DR) requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities: - Administer, monitor, and support the bank’s core banking platform (e.g., Temenos, Flexcube, Finacle). - Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all core banking services. - Coordinate daily operations, including end-of-day (EOD) and end-of-month (EOM) processing - Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the core banking application.

Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 5 years in a leadership position in core banking or financial services. Duties and Responsibilities: - Define and execute the roadmap for core banking systems (e.g., Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube), ensuring stability, scalability, and high availability. - Drive modernization and upgrades of legacy systems to support real-time processing, digital banking, and evolving customer needs. - Oversee the lifecycle of enterprise banking applications, including onboarding, maintenance, upgrades, and sunsetting.
