We seek a highly skilled Resource Mobilization Expert to join our dynamic team—someone whose attributes align with our mission and values.

We are in search of a Resource Mobilization Specialization with a proven track record in leading fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional proposal writing skills and extensive experience in donor engagement, demonstrating a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective resource mobilization strategies to secure funding and support for our projects.

  • Write high-quality proposals for grants and funding opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Engage with donors and partners to foster strong relationships and enhance collaboration.

  • Demonstrate practical achievements in resource mobilization and grant writing.

  • Conduct networking activities to expand our funding base and enhance organizational visibility.

  • Provide analytical insights and strategic recommendations to improve fundraising efforts.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • PhD in a relevant field.

 Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant writing and resource mobilization, preferably within the NGO sector.

  • Proven capacity for networking and establishing productive relationships.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies.

  • Willingness to work on either a part-time or full-time basis, depending on organizational needs.
