Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities 

  1. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners resellers, distributors, and other sales affiliates.

  2. Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to maximize revenue potential.

  3. Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

  4. Drive sales through channel partners by providing guidance, training, and support.

  5. Set sales targets for each partner and monitor progress toward goals.

  6. Develop joint business plans with key partners to enhance sales performance and market share.

  7. Provide ongoing training to channel partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies.

  8. Offer continuous support and resources to ensure channel partners’ success in selling the company’s products and services.

  9. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform channel strategy.

  10. Regularly report on the performance of channel sales, identifying opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

  11. Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align channel strategies with broader company objectives.

  12. Coordinate promotional activities and product launches to support channel partners and drive sales.

  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, partner performance, and customer feedback.

Provide regular reports on sales forecasts, pipeline status, and achievements against targets.

Job Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or a similar role in Telecommunication Mobile Manufacturing & Selling Industry or FMCG Sector. 

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing channel sales networks.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, channel dynamics, and the ability to create win-win strategies for both the company and its partners.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using Customer Relation Management and sales analytics tools.

  • Experience in specific industry or sector relevant to the role, technology, telecommunications, Mobile Manufacturing Or FMCG. 

  • Strong network within the industry and an established reputation with key partners.

  • Familiarity with channel partner management and tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and logistics software.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
