Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Manage appointments and meeting schedules

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail

  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area

  • Provide basic information and customer support

  • Perform data entry and filing tasks

Coordinate with internal departments as needed

Job Requirements

  •  Degree in any field.  

  •  Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience in a receptionist role.
