As Procurement Officer, you play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient acquisition of goods and services necessary for business operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identifying and researching suppliers to find the best deals.

• Negotiating terms such as price, quality, deadlines, and expectations.

• Liaising with suppliers and project managers to keep everyone informed about updates and details.

• Creating and managing purchase orders to align with supply requests.

• Analyzing invoices to verify the accuracy of delivered goods.

• Monitoring inventory to maintain a positive flow of goods.

• Ensuring timely delivery and satisfactory quality of products.

• Evaluating vendor performance to make informed decisions about future purchases.

• Managing contractual obligations to benefit the company.

• Collaborating with the site team to understand procurement needs.

• Preparing reports on purchases, including cost analysis.

• Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.

• Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.

Job Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
