Key Responsibilities:  

• Conduct engaging life skills, personal development, and soft skills training sessions.  

• Develop training materials, workshops, and modules tailored to different audiences (youth, professionals, etc.).  

• Provide coaching on confidence-building, stress management, and career growth.  

• Evaluate trainees’ progress and adapt training methods accordingly.  

•  Collaborate with organizations, schools, or NGOs for training programs.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications & Requirements:  

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Psychiatry, Education, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.  

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in training, coaching, counseling, or teaching (experience in life skills/personal development is a plus).  

• This position is suitable for someone who has experience working in a school or as a trainer.

Skills:  

•  Excellent facilitation and public speaking skills.  

• Strong knowledge of emotional intelligence, leadership, communication, and career development.  

• Ability to design and deliver interactive training programs.  

• Certification in training (e.g., NLP, CBT, soft skills training) is an advantage.
