BSc Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed construction measurement. - Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and detailed measurement sheets. - Support the preparation of payment applications and subcontractor evaluations.

MSc or BSc Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports. - File all project documents accurately and make them easily accessible for team members. - Assist in the preparation and review of technical reports, project plans, and engineering drawings. - Coordinate with engineers and construction teams and resolve technical issues and provide solutions.
