Duties and Responsibilities

● Develop and implement a comprehensive system development guidelines aligned with business objectives.

● Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

● Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.

● Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

● Coordinate with resource managers to allocate personnel, tools, and equipment necessary for program execution.

● Optimize resource usage across multiple projects.

● Implement quality control measures to ensure that deliverables meet Company and stakeholder expectations.

● Conduct regular reviews and assessments and identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous quality improvement.

● Develop and implement change management strategies for smooth transitions during program implementation.

● Communicate change and adoption strategies to stakeholders and provide training for implementation.

● Monitor the impact of changes and make necessary adjustments.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all program activities, including project plans, budgets, and risk logs.

● Lead efforts to improve program management processes and methodologies within the IT department.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of study with a
  minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated  experience

OR

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of study with a
  minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated  experience.
