Duties and Responsibilities
● Develop and implement a comprehensive system development guidelines aligned with business objectives.

● Prioritize system development projects based on business impact and ROI.

● Collaborate with business stakeholders and gather requirements.
● Design systems to be scalable, secure, and maintainable.
● Oversee IT system development projects from initiation to completion.
● Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
● Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project goals.

Job Requirements
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of study, with a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience, with at least four (3) years in a managerial role.
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of study, with a minimum of eight (8) years of demonstrated experience, with at least four (4) years in a managerial role
