Duties and Responsibilities

● Design and conduct comprehensive market research studies.

● Develop and implement research plans that align with the company's strategic goals.

● Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns.

● Segment target audiences based on different criteria relevant to the customers.

● Develop detailed consumer profiles and personas to guide marketing efforts.

● Evaluate the impact of macroeconomic factors on the market and the company's positioning.

● Provide thought leadership on industry trends and their implications for the company.

● Present research results to the marketing team and senior management, making recommendations based on data analysis.

● Provide data-driven recommendations for product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.

● Assist in the development of marketing campaigns by providing relevant market insights.

● Identify opportunities to enhance research methodologies and processes.

● Use marketing models and market data to project the financial impact of marketing decisions.

● Collaborate with product development teams and confirm that marketing strategies align with product features and market positioning.

● Monitor competitor pricing strategies, promotions, and market activities.

● Develop counter-strategies to address competitive challenges.

● Identify and analyze customer segments to tailor marketing strategies and efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields of study with a
    minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated  experience

OR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration,  Management or related fields of study with
    a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated  experience.
