Job Description

Duties and Responsibilites:

Coordinate the strategic planning process, working closely with the Director of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to develop long-term strategic goals.

● Develop and refine strategic plans, ensuring they align with the company’s vision, mission, and objectives.

● Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking.

● Analyze internal and external data and identify trends, opportunities, and threats that could impact the company’s strategic direction.

● Prepare detailed reports, briefs, and presentations.

● Support scenario planning and modeling efforts to evaluate potential strategic options.

● Assist in developing long-term strategic plans that align with the company's vision and mission.

● Collaborate with business units and departments to gather input and ensure their strategies are aligned with corporate objectives.

● Develop financial models and forecasts to assess the viability and impact of strategic initiatives.

● Help facilitate strategic planning workshops and meetings with key stakeholders.

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

● Monitor the progress of strategic projects, identifying potential risks, and working recommend mitigation plans.

● Provide regular updates on project status, including milestones achieved, challenges encountered, and next steps.

● Assist in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and the company’s overall performance.

● Track and report on the progress of strategic plans, highlighting areas that require attention or adjustment.

● Conduct post-implementation reviews of strategic projects and assess their outcomes and capture lessons learned.

● Continuously monitor the external environment and internal performance and identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree in Business Administration,  Economics, Management with a minimum of four (4)
years of demonstrated  experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,  Economics, Management with a minimum of six (6)
years of demonstrated  experience.
