Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports.
Plan and coordinate drilling operations, including mobilization, drilling, and demobilization.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
Monitor drilling progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of drilling activities, including daily reports, material usage, and equipment performance.
Supervise the installation of piles to ensure they meet design requirements and specifications.
Conduct quality control inspections of drilling operations, including pile integrity tests and load tests.
Analyze drilling data and prepare technical reports.
Investigate and resolve any technical challenges encountered during drilling operations.
Coordinate with the drilling crew, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the drilling rig and all associated equipment.
Manage site logistics, including material procurement, equipment maintenance, and waste disposal.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment on site.
Communicate project progress and any potential issues to the Project Manager and client.
Address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant fields of study
minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated experience.
