MA or BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 4\5 years in a leadership role. Duties and Responsibilities: - Drive the design of Human Resource strategy in line with Company strategy linking all talent dimensions including employer brand, talent sourcing, on-boarding, workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development and exit management etc. - Coordinate and drive HR business planning and goal setting, both long term planning and annual operational plans. - Assess exhaustiveness of the HR Service catalogue of the Company, review and assure assignment of responsible organ for each service item and follow up proper implementation.

Master's Degree in Political Science, International Development, Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Engage strategically with all technical sectors as needed and provide management and strategic input/oversight  - Work closely with the program and support team to ensure spending is timely and accurately reported - Manage local partnerships at field level and ensure follow-up with partners on timely and quality implementation, in line with DRC policies and procedures.
