Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists in Preparing Reviewing and managing contracts to ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies.

Expert in contract negotiation, execution, risk management, and dispute resolution. Skilled in cost estimation, budget management, and financial forecasting for construction projects. Strong leadership in managing teams, guiding project execution, and driving results. Effective in liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clarity and transparency. Proficient in identifying risks and ensuring compliance with contract law and regulations. Strategic, data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills to address cost variances and resolve contract issues. Skilled in negotiating favorable terms and managing conflicts with stakeholders. Able to manage multiple projects and contracts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and milestones. Committed to optimizing contract and cost management processes for greater efficiency and cost savings.

General Leadership Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and team management

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a

  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple complex projects

  • Ethics & Discipline, Integrity, Sense of ownership, Effective meeting facilitation skills, Time management

  • Availability when needed, Ability to dedicate full time to work

  • Foundational knowledge required for project implementation (in finance, procurement, operations — ability to understand and apply these areas)

  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability

  • Understanding the work culture of profit-oriented construction companies and being able to respond accordingly (business mentality)

  • Ability to prepare accurate and transparent reports, deliver presentations, receive direction, and provide/respond to feedback

  • Understanding and applying government laws and regulations, as well as national, international, and technological
