Job Description
Supports the planning and coordination of plant and equipment maintenance schedules to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Assists in managing equipment inventory, usage logs, and maintenance records for compliance and performance tracking.
Oversees routine inspections, identifies maintenance needs, and follows up on repair and servicing activities.
Helps enforce safety standards, manage spare parts procurement, and support cost control related to equipment operations

Technical Competency: Assists in strategic
management of plant and equipment operations, ensuring alignment with overall project goals, High- level knowledge in managing equipment lifecycle, including procurement, maintenance, and disposal. Ability to oversee repairs and complex technical issues. KPI: Equipment uptime, maintenance cost reduction, resource allocation, Implementation of maintenance plans, support in decision-making, and operational continuity. Training Needs: Advanced machinery diagnostics, maintenance scheduling, strategic resource management, Leadership in maintenance, asset management, and planning systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a
