Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering, Construction Management (COTM) or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare quantity take off for planning & schedules. - Co-lead preparation of baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables and timelines as per project management plan - Maintain detailed construction planning schedules for new construction and renovation work, as required. - Develop and analyze man-hour resources, equipment resources and cost loaded, time-phased schedule. - Producing visual aids to help explain the schedule of work, including bar charts and network diagrams - Coordinate with all project parties to collate project status reports - Conduct regular project site inspections.

Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for building projects. - Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using digital tools. - Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify scope, risks, and opportunities. - Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to obtain accurate pricing and technical inputs.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years in a senior role Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze project cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ). - Monitor and report project costs and progress against budget. - Handle variations, claims, and contract administration. - Conduct site visits to assess work progress and verify - RFI Prepare and Submit

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 4 years in a senior management role. Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the construction department, including project managers, site supervisors, engineers, and other construction staff. - Develop and implement departmental strategies, goals, and objectives in alignment with the company’s overall vision and mission. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, providing guidance, support, and motivation to team members.

MSc or BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural, Construction Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 5 years in a strategic advisory, executive, or board-level engineering leadership position. Duties and Responsibilities: - Serve as the principal technical advisor to the CEO on all engineering, design, and construction-related matters. - Lead the strategic technical oversight of high-impact construction projects to ensure optimal design, structural integrity, cost-efficiency, and schedule adherence. - Review and validate engineering methodologies, drawings, and execution strategies proposed by internal teams or external contractors.

MSc or BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years specific experience as an Assistant Resident Engineer or Work Inspector.
