Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of vertical construction projects (residential, commercial, and institutional).

  • Oversee construction schedules, resource plans, and on-site quality control.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical

  • Ensure that safety, environmental, and legal requirements are strictly adhered to.

Job Requirement

  • Education & Experience: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering, with 12/14 years of work experience, of which 6 years should be in construction companies at the level of deputy manager or in a responsible position in the building sector;

Competency Requirement

Strategic leadership, multi-project oversight, high- level construction knowledge, stakeholder management, decision-making, policy enforcement, risk management, capability to manage and execute large buildings, real estate development projects, and other building-related construction projects; ability to manage resources (capable of simultaneously overseeing and supporting multiple projects, analyzing and making decisions

General Leadership Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and team management

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a

  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple complex projects

  • Ethics & Discipline, Integrity, Sense of ownership, Effective meeting facilitation skills, Time management

  • Availability when needed, Ability to dedicate full time to work

  • Foundational knowledge required for project implementation (in finance, procurement, operations — ability to understand and apply these areas)

  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability

  • Understanding the work culture of profit-oriented construction companies and being able to respond accordingly (business mentality)

  • Ability to prepare accurate and transparent reports, deliver presentations, receive direction, and provide/respond to feedback

  • Understanding and applying government laws and regulations, as well as national, international, and technological
