Job Description
Support planning, design review, and execution of road, bridge, and infrastructure
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality performance metrics.
Lead site supervision teams and ensure compliance with engineering
Coordinate with external consultants, government authorities, and subcontractors
Education & Experience: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering, with 12/14 years of adequate experience in road, bridge, drainage, and construction works, of which 6 years must be in a responsible position within the specified field; sufficient knowledge of general road work laws and guidelines; capability to manage road, bridge, dam, and drainage projects (ability to oversee and support projects, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and make informed decisions) Directly related experience within Construction Sector

Expertise in road and infrastructure construction, project management, and engineering standards. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision- making abilities. High-level communication with stakeholders and external partners. Visionary, results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills
General Leadership Requirements
Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and team management
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple complex projects
Ethics & Discipline, Integrity, Sense of ownership, Effective meeting facilitation skills, Time management
Availability when needed, Ability to dedicate full time to work
Foundational knowledge required for project implementation (in finance, procurement, operations — ability to understand and apply these areas)

Ability to prepare accurate and transparent reports, deliver presentations, receive direction, and provide/respond to feedback
