Position: Procurement Officer (Re-Advertised)

Salary: As per the project scale
Place of work: Dilla
Employment Type: Contract
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or in a related field of study with a professional certification in procurement is an Advantage
Experience: Minimum of 5 - 7 years and in procurement and out of his at least 3 years in donor funded projects or NGOs
Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of EU procurement procedures and guidelines
Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills in English,knowledge of local language is an asset
Remarks:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriencted multi-cultural environment is an Asset
High ethical standards, integrity and attention to details
Ability to work in dependently and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic and challenging environment
