- ቲቪኢቲ በኢንዱስትሪያል ኤሌክትሪሲቲ ወይም ተዛማጅ የትምህርት ፣ ወይም የ10ኛ/12ኛ ክፍልን ያጠናቀቀ/ች አግባብ ከሆነ የስራ ልምድ ጋር
- ለ ቲቪኢቲ ከ 8 ዓመት በላይ ልምድ ሆኖ ቢያንስ 4 ዓመት በሥራ መደቡ የሠራ/ች/
- 10ኛ/12ኛ ክፍልን ላጠናቀቀ/ች ከ 10 ዓመት በላይ ሆኖ ቢያንስ 5 ዓመት በሥራ መደቡ የሠራ/ች/
