Job Description
On behalf of our client, Repi-Wilmar, we are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist who is fluent in Afaan Oromoo, as well as Amharic and English, to join our client’s team. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently.
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Greeting and welcoming visitors in person or by phone, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifying company personnel of visitor arrivals.
• Performing a range of administrative, secretarial, and reception duties.
• Maintaining a safe and clean reception area in line with company procedures.
• Supporting office continuity by documenting and communicating key actions or irregularities.
• Contributing to team success by assisting with other duties as assigned
• BA degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in reception, secretarial, or customer service roles.
• Proficient Amharic typing skills.
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence.
• Fluency in Afaan Oromoo, Amharic, and English—both spoken and written.
• Ability to draft formal correspondence in all three languages.
