Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the promotion and sales of NOVUS-manufactured products. This key role will drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies, managing sales pipelines, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with strong leadership skills to deliver sustained business performance.
Sales & Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans tailored for NOVUS products.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the business footprint.
Lead business development initiatives targeting both B2B and B2C customer segments.
Customer & Account Management
Manage sales pipelines and negotiate contracts to close key accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
Brand & Campaign Management
Oversee branding efforts, promotional events, and digital marketing campaigns to enhance product visibility.
Coordinate with marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals and market trends.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Supervise and motivate sales teams to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Collaborate closely with production and supply chain teams to ensure accurate inventory and demand forecasting.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to inform decision-making.
Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for senior management.
Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably within manufacturing or FMCG industries.
Skills & Competencies
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth in competitive markets.
