Job Description
As a Business Controller at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance of your business group. You will partner with various stakeholders as a finance representative, providing strategic insights and challenging forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires proactive risk management and the ability to influence key decisions that shape financial outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment that values innovation and continuous improvement. Together, you’ll tackle financial challenges and explore new business opportunities that contribute to Nokia’s growth. Manage and enhance the financial performance of the business group by analyzing key metrics and implementing improvements.
Act as the finance representative and business partner within the regional business center, engaging with various stakeholders.
Challenge and finalize financial forecasts by collaborating with project managers and financial project coordinators.
Provide strategic financial insights and innovative business recommendations based on forecast analysis.
Serve as the primary contact for all financial matters, ensuring alignment across departments.
Conduct financial risk management, identifying and mitigating risks while pursuing opportunities.
Lead financial aspects of customer offers and participate in negotiations to optimize terms.
Ensure compliance with Nokia’s accounting principles and internal controls across the business group.
Key Skills And Experience

Excellent knowledge of the Business Group business and business drivers
Business & Financial Acumen
Strategic Thinking & Analysis
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
