Job Description
We are looking for a well-organised, professional, and friendly Receptionist/Secretary to be the first point of contact for our company.
Location: Addis Ababa, Around Gazebo Roundabout

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a welcoming and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage meeting schedules, appointments.
Provide administrative support to management and various departments as needed.
Organise and maintain filing systems (physical and electronic).
Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and event planning.
Education: Diploma or degree in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or secretarial role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other local languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Professional appearance and demeanour.
Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
