We are looking for a well-organised, professional, and friendly Receptionist/Secretary to be the first point of contact for our company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a welcoming and professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.

  • Manage meeting schedules, appointments.

  • Provide administrative support to management and various departments as needed.

  • Organise and maintain filing systems (physical and electronic).

  • Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and event planning.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or secretarial role.

Required skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other local languages.
