Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Export Manager to lead and grow our export operations, particularly in coffee and agricultural commodities such as beans.

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable, based on the applicant's skills and experience.
Oversee the end-to-end export process for coffee and other agricultural commodities
Identify and develop new international markets and clients to expand export sales.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and shipping terms with international buyers.
Prepare and manage all export documentation, including contracts, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and quality standards.
Collaborate with the production, warehouse, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Attend international trade shows and represent the company in export-related meetings and forums.
Maintain records of all export transactions and prepare periodic reports for management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in exporting coffee and agricultural commodities
Strong understanding of export processes, documentation, and International trade regulations.
Familiarity with Incoterms, LCs (letters of credit), and freight logistics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple markets and clients.
