Duties and Responsibilites:

• Investigate claims where a third party is responsible for loss or damage.

• Review claim documents, police reports, and supporting evidence to determine liability.

• Contact and correspond with third parties, insurers, legal representatives, and customers.

• Initiate and manage recovery actions to reclaim funds from liable parties or their insurers.

• Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements with third parties.
