Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in plastic manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
Strong knowledge of plastic production processes (e.g., injection molding, blow molding, extrusion). Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus. Proficient in production planning software and MS Office
