Job Description
Sales Management:
Lead and motivate a sales team, set sales goals, and ensure targets are achieved.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and develop sales staff, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and initiatives to increase sales and market share.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing technical support and expertise on animal feed products.
Performance Monitoring:
Track sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
Reporting:
Prepare and present sales reports to management, providing insights on team performance and market trends.
Technical Support:
Provide technical information and support to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits of the company's feed products.
Training:
Train sales staff on animal feed products, sales techniques, and industry best practices.
Coordination:
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth sales operations
Education: A bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field is often preferred
4 years and above experience in Animal feed sales or Relevant experience
Effective communication abilities are valuable.
Computer skills including ERP.
Excellent Negotiating Skills.
Strong verbal communication skills.
