Our client is seeking a results-driven Assistant Production Manager to support the Production Manager in overseeing daily manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet quality standards and delivery timelines while optimizing production scheduling and resource utilization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate teams effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Production Oversight

•  Monitor and manage daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of  output targets.

•  Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with established quality standards and production goals.

Planning & Coordination

• Assist in developing detailed production schedules and resource allocation plans to maximize efficiency.

• Address operational challenges proactively to prevent delays and maintain production continuity.

Team Support & Safety

• Support supervision of production teams, fostering a safe and productive work environment.

• Promote adherence to health and safety protocols across the production floor.

Documentation & Reporting

•  Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

•  Generate regular performance and production reports for management review.

Job Requirements

Education

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing supervision, preferably within FMCG or related industries.

Skills & Competencies

•  Proficient in production planning and resource coordination.

•  Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.

•  Effective team management and communication skills.

•  Ability to work under pressure and solve operational issues efficiently.
