We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trade Specialist to support the trading activities of the Coffee division. The role will focus on market research, trade compliance, documentation, and stakeholder relationship management to ensure smooth export operations and business growth.

Company Scale: Gross 19,870 ETB

Key Responsibilities 

• Monitor international and domestic market prices, demand trends, and trade policies impacting coffee exports. 

• Coordinate the preparation and management of export documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant trade laws and regulations. 

• Manage effective communication and coordination with international buyers, freight forwarders, and government regulatory agencies. 

• Assist in contract negotiation processes and follow up on post-shipment activities to ensure customer satisfaction

• Support logistics and shipment coordination to facilitate timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Job Requirements

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or related disciplines. 

Experience 

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in trade operations, export coordination, or related roles. 

Skills & Competencies 

• Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, export documentation, and trade compliance. 

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders. 

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced trading environment
