MeQrez Health Services is a share company established in October 2020, dedicated to strengthening Ethiopia's healthcare sector. The Company is seeking for a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Service Officers to join our team in the healthcare industry. These role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, strong analytical skills focusing on enhancing patient satisfaction and fostering a supportive healthcare environment.

Job Requirements
Required skills and qualifications
BSc in Nursing/ Health Officer or related fields with 1 – 2 years work experience in a Hospital set up in the capacity of customer service at front line.
