Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Typing letters, memos, emails, reports, and proposals, and proofreading them.

  • Receiving and making telephone calls, taking messages.

  • Arranging appointments and meetings, including coordinating with government offices, NGOs, or other relevant parties.

  • Operating office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines, and computers.

Job Requirement

• Required Educational Qualification: Level-IV/ III in Secretarial Science & Office Management/Office Administration/Secretarial Science or Related Field

• Required Work Experience: 0/2 Years Relevant Work Experience.
