Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals, including manpower planning, recruitment, and employee development
Manage recruitment processes such as interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation of new employees
Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing grievances, managing conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment
• Required Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Human Resource Management/Management/Business Administration/Public Administration or Related Fields with CGPA 2.75 and above. (Only 2015, 2016 & 2017 E.C graduates
• Required Work Experience: 0-1 Years Work Experience
