Job Description

Coordinate and handle all export activities, including communication, documentation, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements by monitoring export transactions with existing and/or prospective export markets for all export products and assist to identify appropriate business opportunities and develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and other stakeholders involved in the export transaction processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Export Manager in developing strategic and operating export plans to ensure that the company has the appropriate resources to support Export business

  • Manage all bank processes for export activities and prepare required documents and ensure adherence to all shipping schedules.

  • Prepare all export documents within required timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method

  • Implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements

  • Executing the follow up until shipments arrival at customer end

  • Maintain good relationship with all external stakeholders’ customers, agents, transiters, Banks etc.

  • Manage sales contract (of beer and wine) with our international agents 

  • Monitor all existing and prospective export markets and assist to identify appropriate business opportunities and develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients

  • Provides weekly and monthly reports to his/her immediate supervisor

  • Coach subordinates as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager

Job Requirements

  • The position requires a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Logistics, Supply chain, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing Management or related Business fields.

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience I coordinating and handling export transactions

  • Knowledge of export and international business operation, communication, documentation 

  • Good understanding of international logistics and in country custom and finance regulations

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good follow up skill and reporting capability
